Grand Opening In Downtown Lansing!

Sweet Encounter Bakery & Cafe is a gluten-free bakery in beautiful downtown Lansing, MI.  We’re located inside the Knapp’s building at 300 S. Washington Square.  We serve delicious gluten-free and allergy-friendly treats, including cupcakes, dessert bars, brownies, and more!  We also have amazing breakfast sandwiches and quiches, and for lunch, we have a rotating menu of soups and sandwiches sure to satisfy everyone’s tastes.  We offer cooking classes for kids, adults, and corporate team-building!  Sweet Encounter Bakery & Cafe is black-woman owned, and we’re proud to be part of the growing community of business owners and drivers.
